PRINCE2 has become a key tool for ensuring successful projects. Two steps are required for those who wish to become certified: the PRINCE2 Foundation Module and the PRINCE2 Practitioner course. PRINCE2 Foundation Examination – This foundation training provides an introduction to PRINCE2 as well as PRINCE2 processes, terminology, and methodology. This course can be taken in the instructor-led or self-paced eLearning format. It prepares professionals, managers, and others for the Foundation exam, which is a one-hour-long multiple-choice test. All successful exam takers are awarded the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate. All those who pass the Foundation exam are deemed to have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the various PRINCE2 principles. They can work as part of or with a project management team in an environment that supports PRINCE2. To become a Practitioner, you must be certified in the Foundation course. Format of the Foundation Examination. Candidates can expect multiple choice format questions in the Foundation Examination.

PRINCE2 Foundation Syllabus – This course is designed to help professionals become informed members of project management teams using the PRINCE2 methodology. This allows them to: Describe seven principles, seven processes and seven themes, as well as the main content/ purpose of all the roles.
Describe the differences between the inputs/outputs for management products from each of the seven processes.
Describe the main contents and purpose of major management products.
Define the relationships among deliverables, processes and roles, as well as the management dimensions for specific projects.

Prerequisites: Although it is important that candidates have a basic understanding of Project Management, there are no formal prerequisites for the Foundation qualification. PRINCE2 Practitioner Examination – This module covers the practical application of PRINCE2, and deals with project issues. It is the final step in the PRINCE2 Practitioner program. It can be done either as a self-paced eLearning course or an instructor-led training course. Successful candidates will be awarded the PRINCE2 Practitioner certificate. The purpose of becoming a Practitioner is to prove that a professional has sufficient knowledge and understanding to apply PRINCE2 in a particular situation or scenario. Format of the Examination: Candidates can expect:
